Free Nationwide Delivery
Plenty2Get offers free door-to-door delivery to customers across Nigeria. There are no additional delivery charges for standard nationwide delivery within Nigeria.
Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery times are:
- Lagos State: 2–3 business days
- Other states in Nigeria: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, severe weather, traffic conditions, courier delays, remote-area delivery challenges, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and handed over for delivery, tracking information will be updated on your order within 24–48 hours.
Tracking information allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery until it reaches you.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns & Refunds
5-Day Return Policy
At Plenty2Get, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We therefore offer a 5-day return policy.
If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, simply use the contact form on our Contact Us page. Please provide your order details and briefly explain the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with the return address closest to your delivery address within Nigeria, together with any additional instructions required to complete the return.
Return Conditions
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, returned items should generally:
- Be in their original condition.
- Be unused or unworn where applicable.
- Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, or other items supplied with the product where applicable.
- Be returned within the 5-day return period.

5. Refund processing
Once your return has been approved and the return process is complete, your refund will be processed back to your bank account.
Please allow up to 2 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after the refund has been processed.
Important Return Information
Please do not send a return to an address obtained from another source or from a previous order. Always contact Plenty2Get first and wait for our team to provide the appropriate return address.
We also recommend keeping your return shipment receipt or tracking information until your return has been successfully completed.
